Shipping Provider
All orders are delivered through our trusted logistics partner, Odeliver, ensuring secure and timely deliveries across Trinidad and Tobago.
Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

Order Tracking

We currently ship throughout Trinidad and Tobago. If your area is not listed during checkout, please contact us at customerservice@panopticniche.com to explore delivery arrangements.
Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., severe weather, transport issues, or national events). Panoptic Niche is not responsible for such delays once the package has been handed over to Odeliver.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
